REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT

You will have specialized attorneys analyzing every detail before any down payment is made. The entire closing process can be formalized via a Power of Attorney (PoA), allowing you to acquire your assets with total security without needing to travel to Portugal solely to sign documents.

For long-term rentals, the average yield ranges between 3% and 5% annually. For Short-Term rentals (tourism), returns can be higher but require a specific license. We present actual profitability spreadsheets based on real market data, not empty promises.
